Organic Cloves

Cloves are the aromatic flower buds of a tree in the family Myrtaceae. Ceylon cloves tend to have a larger head and milder flavor which is ideal for studding fruits and vegetables. Cloves can be added as an ingredient to the spice blends for making mulled wine, syrups for poaching fruits and pickling spice blends.
